In order to provide for more continuity and efficiency in government,
the terms of office for the Mayor, Trustees, Village Administrator Clerk,
Village Treasurer and Village Attorney of the Incorporated Village of Lindenhurst
shall hereby be amended as follows.
The terms of office of the Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Lindenhurst
to be elected in the general village election shall be four years.
The term of office of the Mayor of the Incorporated Village of Lindenhurst
to be elected in the general village election shall be four years.
The terms of office of the appointed Village Treasurer and Village Administrator
Clerk shall be four years.
