It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined in § 476
of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required
license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the
Village of Lindenhurst, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article
14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law.[2]
Failure to comply with § 479 of the General Municipal Law
will be punishable by a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 or
imprisonment for a term not to exceed one year for a second or subsequent
offense, or both.
