[Adopted 8-28-1968 by Ord. No. 1-1968 as Ch. 70, Art. V,
of the 1968 Code of the Village of Lindenhurst; amended in its entirety 6-16-1992 as L.L. No. 2-1992]
No person, firm or corporation shall display
any merchandise within the street or sidewalk line in the Village
of Lindenhurst without approval of the Village Board.
Any person, firm or corporation violating this
article shall be subject to a penalty not less than $50 nor more than
$1,000 for each and every offense.
