of the 1968 Code of the Village of Lindenhurst; amended in its entirety 6-16-1992 as L.L. No. 2-1992]
It shall be unlawful for any person to locate
or place any stand, booth or wagon for the purpose of selling or exposing
for sale, whether by auction or private sale, any goods, wares or
merchandise in any street or public place or on any sidewalk in the
Village of Lindenhurst, without a permit.
Any person or persons who shall violate this
article shall be subject to a penalty not less than $100 nor more
than $500 for each and every offense.
