There is hereby adopted by reference as more fully set forth herein
rules and regulations adopted by the Northeast Monmouth County Regional Sewerage
Authority, August 1970, consisting of general information; Section I, Rules
and Regulations; Sewer System Standards; Section II, Standards for Individual
Connections; Section III, Standards for Acceptable Wastes; Section IV, Rates
and Service Charge Schedules; Section V, Application and Permit Forms. Wherever
reference is made in the above rules and regulations to "sewer contractor,"
it shall be interpreted in the Borough of Shrewsbury and for the purposes
of this article as a "licensed plumber," and no one other than a licensed
plumber shall perform those duties set forth in the rules and regulations
as being within the purview of the sewer contractor.
Three copies of the aforesaid rules and regulations, adopted August
1970, have been placed on file in the office of the Clerk of the Borough of
Shrewsbury upon introduction of this article, and will remain on file in such
office for the use and examination of the public.
