[Adopted as §§ 10-3 through 10-5 of the 1970 Code]
A. 
Prohibited trespass. No person shall intrude upon any lot or piece of land, whether owned by the Town of Orchard Park or privately owned within the bounds of the Town of Orchard Park, outside the corporate limits of the Village of Orchard Park.
B. 
Erection, occupancy of structures. No person shall erect or occupy on any property described in Subsection A any house, shed, hut, tent, cabin or other structure whatever, nor place, erect or occupy within the bounds of any street, avenue or other place of the town any hut, tent or other structure.
C. 
Cutting, removing trees, shrubs, soil, etc. No person shall cut, remove, cause to be removed or aid in removing from any lot or piece of land any tree or any part thereof, any shrub or flowers, and no person shall remove or cause to be removed from such lands any rock, stone, sand, soil or any personal property.[1]

Section 99-3 shall not be applicable to the following persons:
A. 
Any person who has specific authority or permission from the owner of the land.
B. 
Any person in the employ of utility companies, licensed surveyors, companies or concerns under contract with the town, law enforcement agencies and government employees when engaged in due discharge of their duties.

Violations of this article shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
