No person shall have, keep, maintain or have
in possession or under control within the Township any elephant, bear,
hippopotamus, rhinoceros, lion, tiger, leopard, wolf, reptile, serpent,
Vietnamese pigs, miniature ponies or horses, poultry of any sort or
kind or any dangerous carnivorous wild animal.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding
$200 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, at the discretion of
the Judge. Each day that any of the provisions shall be violated or
not complied with shall constitute a separate offense and shall be
punished by a fine or imprisonment as above provided.
