It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to maintain, keep, pasture or harbor any swine, goats
or cattle in the Township.
Any person, firm or corporation that shall violate
any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof,
for each offense, pay a fine not exceeding $200, and if any person
so convicted shall default in the payment of any such fine so imposed
he shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not exceeding
90 days, which fine or term of imprisonment shall be in the discretion
of the Judge before whom such conviction shall be had.
