All installed fixtures found defective or in
an unsanitary condition shall be repaired, renovated, replaced or
removed within 30 days upon written notice from the proper administrative
authorities.
Suitable toilet facilities shall be provided
for the use of workmen during the construction of any building. These
toilet facilities shall be maintained in a sanitary condition and
comply with the requirements of the Division of Health.
