The Director of the Division of Health or the
officers or agents thereof shall have the right, upon presenting his
badge, to enter in and upon any premises at any reasonable hour of
the day or night to make any inspections or examinations required
by any state law of this state or by any code, ordinance, regulation
or order of this Division, to determine whether nuisances exist therein
or thereon or to determine whether the provisions of this chapter
are being followed or obeyed. Any person opposing such entry, examination
or inspection shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation
of this chapter.
