In the administration of this Part of the chapter,
the house connections from the curb or street line or from the house
sewer lateral shall be supervised and administered by the Division
of Health of the Township of Saddle Brook, and all matters relating
to sewers lying within the street from the curb or from the main sewer
to curb or end of the house sewer lateral shall be within the jurisdiction
of the Township Council of the Township or such other official or
department of the Township as may be hereafter designated by the Township
Council of Saddle Brook.
