The Secretary of the Planning Board shall, after
an applicant for preliminary or final approval has submitted an application
in proper form with the requisite fees, notify the applicant of the
hearing date so that he can comply with the notice requirements and
refer the site plan and exhibits to the Township Planning Board and
the County Planning Board. The Planning Board may also designate other
local, county, state or other governmental officials or agencies to
receive copies of any application for review and recommendation.

All applications for site plan review will be
paid accordingly:
A.
Informal hearing: $100.
B.
Site plan waiver: $100.
C.
Site plan, preliminary: $50, plus $50 per 5,000 square
feet or portion thereof.
D.
Final site plan approval: $25, plus $25 per 5,000
square feet or portion thereof.
E.
Minor subdivision approval: $150.
F.
Major subdivision approval: $250.
G.
Swimming pool applications: $25.
H.
For each variance requested, a fee of $100.
I.
Newspaper publications of decisions of the Planning
Board within the local newspaper: $20.
J.
The applicant will also be charged for all costs incurred
by the Township for site plan review performed on behalf of the Township
by its Engineer, Attorney and/or Planner, which moneys shall be deposited
in an escrow account prior to hearing on the application.
