No person shall cause or permit a vehicle to
be so loaded or operate a vehicle so loaded that the contents or any
part thereof shall be scattered in any street in the Township of Saddle
Brook.
All vehicles transporting fill, dirt or debris
upon the streets of the Township of Saddle Brook shall be covered
with a canvas or similar type covering so as to prevent the contents
or any part thereof from being scattered in any street. Any person,
firm or corporation which owns or operates a vehicle upon the streets
of the Township of Saddle Brook transporting such material without
such covering shall be deemed to violate this section.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of a fine
of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days,
or both.
