No street, right-of-way, avenue or highway shall
be accepted by or dedicated to the Township of Saddle Brook which
shall be less than 50 feet in width throughout its entire length.
Every street, avenue and highway before the
same shall be accepted by or dedicated to said Township shall be properly
crowned, graded and put in a proper condition for use by both pedestrians
and vehicular traffic.
