No-passing zones are hereby established and
maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule
XXI attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by
the New Jersey Department of Transportation. (Note: No no-passing
zone ordinance will be considered for approval by the Commissioner
of Transportation unless the no-passing zones have been designed in
accordance with established procedures.)
