It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use chicken manure or any type of animal fertilizer within the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown for agricultural purposes, except in designated AR-1-zoned (Agricultural District) areas.
This article shall not apply to persons, firms or corporations to use commercially processed fertilizer for agricultural purposes within the town.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
