It shall be unlawful for any person to negligently, mischievously or maliciously destroy, damage, deface, injure or tamper with or cause to be destroyed, defaced, damaged, injured or tampered with any real or personal property belonging to the Town of Georgetown.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 162-1 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 or imprisoned for a term of not more than 30 days, or both, and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
