It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep,
lie, occupy as a sleeping quarter or under the guise or pretending
to sleep on any part of the Circle within the corporate limits of
the Town of Georgetown between the hours of 11:00 in the evening,
prevailing time, and 7:00 of the following morning, prevailing time.
Any person who violates any of the provisions
of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 or imprisoned
not less than five days nor more than 20 days, or both, and shall
pay the costs of prosecution.
