For the purposes of this article the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary:
MOTOR VEHICLE
Includes any self-propelled land vehicle which can be used for the transportation of people or materials, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, buses, motorized campers, motorcycles, motorscooters, tractors, snowmobiles, dune buggies and other off-road vehicles.
TRAILER
Includes travel trailer, house trailer, office trailer, camping trailer or any vehicle without motor power designated to carry property or passengers wholly on its own structure and to be drawn by a motor vehicle.
The purpose of this article is to eliminate conditions detrimental to public good, to eliminate a public nuisance and to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the Town of Georgetown.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep, lie or occupy as sleeping quarters or under the guise of pretending to sleep in any motor vehicle or trailer parked or standing on any street or parked or standing in any other place within the corporate limits of the Town of Georgetown.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
