Buildings may be erected, altered or used and land may be used for any of the following purposes and no other:
A. 
Any use permitted in a UR1 Urban Residential District.
B. 
Golf courses, not lighted for night play, and not including miniature golf courses, putting greens, driving ranges and similar activities operated as a business, but including a building for a golf shop, locker room and snack bar as an accessory use to a permitted golf course, provided that no such building is located closer than 100 feet to adjoining property lines. Practice greens and tees may accompany a standard nine-hole or eighteen-hole golf course occupying at least 75 acres.

The minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet. The minimum width of a lot shall be 75 feet, and the minimum depth of a lot shall be 100 feet.
There shall be a front yard, the depth of which shall be at least 25 feet from the property line.
There shall be a rear yard, the depth of which shall be at least 10 feet. There shall be two side yards, one on each side of the main building, neither of which shall be less than 10 feet wide.
Any new main structure shall be constructed with a minimum of two stories and designed so as to reflect and preserve the character of the surrounding dwellings and there shall be no external alteration in contrast with the exterior appearance of the structure of a dwelling house as approved by the Planning Commission.
