The curb stop shall not be shut off or turned
on except as authorized by the Water Superintendent.
No person other than members of the Fire Department
or Water Department shall be permitted to open any fire hydrant. Only
standard hydrant wrenches shall be used in opening or closing of fire
hydrants.
