The Municipal Building located at 227 Phillips
Avenue be and is hereby designated as the official office of the Township
having located therein the offices of the Township Clerk and such
offices of the Township as the Township Committee shall from time
to time hereafter designate, and thus it is and shall be the principal
place of business of this Township.

Pursuant to the authority granted under N.J.S.A.
40:48-1 and 40:48-2, as the same authority was specifically preserved
under N.J.S.A. 26:3D-49, smoking, meaning the burning of a lighted
cigar, cigarette pipe or any other matter or substance which contains
tobacco, is hereby prohibited any place within the interior of the
Municipal Building. Any person who shall violate this prohibition
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, a period of
community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
