A. 
There is hereby approved and adopted as an official depiction of the location and boundaries of the area on or within 1,000 feet of any property used for school purposes pursuant to and as defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7 the map of Boswell McClave Engineering dated April 26, 2002, and certified by the Township Engineer, Stephen T. Boswell, Ph.D., P.E., on May 2, 2002, which said map is on file in the office of the Clerk of this Township.
B. 
There is hereby approved and adopted as an official depiction of the location and boundaries of the area on or within 500 feet of a public housing facility, public park or public building pursuant to and as defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1 the map of Boswell McClave Engineering dated April 26, 2002, and certified by the Township Engineer, Ph.D., P.E., Stephen T. Boswell, on May 2, 2002, which said map is on file in the office of the Clerk of this Township.
Henceforth, the aforesaid maps shall be admissible and constitute prima facie evidence of the location and boundaries of the areas referred to in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7 and N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1 for the purposes of prosecuting violations of those laws respectively.
