Each applicant for a position of employment
with the Township shall provide as a part of his or her application
for said employment authorization to the municipality to conduct a
criminal background review through the use of the municipal Police
Department. The Township reserves the right to reject any applicant
for employment that has a history of criminal conviction to an offense
greater than a petty disorderly offense or has in place against him
or her an order of restraint under the domestic violence laws of any
state which would prohibit him or her from conducting the duties of
said employment without violation of the same.
