A. Said Recreation Commission shall have the power and authority to plan and arrange recreation and divertissement for youth, senior citizens and others and, for such purposes, provide for the giving of indoor and outdoor exhibitions, concerts, games, contests and sporting events. Unless otherwise from time to time specifically authorized as to a different amount by resolution of the Township Committee, an admission fee as provided in Chapter
108, Fees, shall be charged and collected.
B. In respect to the use of Veterans Park by any organized groups of eight persons or more, the Recreation Commission is hereby empowered to further require from such organized group an admission fee as also provided in Chapter
108, such security by virtue of an agreement or the posting of cash or bond agreeing to such terms and/or such amount as said Recreation Commission shall deem necessary and appropriate in relation to the proposed use of the park to provide for its repair and/or restoration in the event of damage or any other costs or liability imposed upon the Township or the Recreation Commission as a result of such use and proof of general liability, bodily injury and property damage insurance coverage naming the Township and the Recreation Commission as additional insureds in such amounts and upon such terms as it and the Township's insured deem appropriate, and to impose such other further terms and conditions upon the proposed use as said Recreation Commission may deem necessary to assure the health, safety and welfare of those using the facility and the public in general.

The governing body of the Township of South
Hackensack may appropriate funds for the support of said Recreation
Commission to enable said Recreation Commission to carry out its purposes
In addition to any funds so appropriated, the Recreation Commission
may accept from state, federal or other private sources any aid and
assistance which may be available to it to accomplish said purposes.
