No license shall be issued or renewed under
any chapter of the Code of the Township of South Hackensack nor any
application therefor be deemed complete unless the applicant has first
given proof to the issuing officer, agency or authority in such form
as he or it deems reasonably necessary that all taxes, assessments
and any other charges levied by the Township of South Hackensack against
the premises which are the subject matter of the application or upon
which the subject activity will be conducted have been currently paid
in full.

In the event that the issuing officer, agency or authority requires a written certification of the Collector or such written certification is otherwise required under any other chapter of this Code, the Collector is hereby authorized and directed to collect a fee as provided in Chapter 108, Fees, for each search and certification and for each original copy thereof.
