Town of Chenango, NY Chapter 53 Property, Numbering of

§ 53-1 Authority.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by § 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.

§ 53-2 Adoption of uniform renumbering system.

The Town of Chenango hereby adopts the uniform renumbering system compiled by Broome County in connection with the 911 Emergency Program, and the same shall become effective as of January 1, 1993.
