The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
A. 
On the north side of Fuller Road between the west side of Frost Street and a point about 200 feet westerly therefrom.
B. 
On Kattleville Road from the corner of Jewell Avenue to Thomas Road on both sides.
C. 
On Wallace Road beginning at a point 111.6 feet approximately west of its intersection with Front Street; thence running along the north side of Wallace Road and including all street frontages along said road a distance of approximately 515 feet.
D. 
On Wallace Road beginning at a point approximately 170 feet west of its intersection with Front Street; thence running along the south side of Wallace Road and including all street frontages along said road a distance of approximately 425 feet.
E. 
On either side of Fuller Road between the intersection of said Fuller Road with Front Street and the intersection of Fuller Road with Grant Road in the Town of Chenango, Broome County, New York.
No person shall stop, leave standing or park any motor vehicle or other vehicle at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as hereinafter defined, on the following streets or roads or portion thereof in the Town of Chenango, Broome County, New York, as follows:
A. 
On the north side of River Road between the intersection of Clarendon Drive with said River Road and the intersection of Stever Drive with said River Road.
B. 
On the south side of River Road between a point at the northeast corner of the premises of the Methodist Church and the intersection of Mountain View Drive with said River Road.
The term "holiday," as referred to in this article, includes the following days in each year: the first day of January, known as New Year's Day; Washington's Birthday; Memorial Day; Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day; Veterans Day, the fourth Thursday in November, known as Thanksgiving Day; and the 25th day of December, known as Christmas Day, and if any of such days is Sunday, the next day thereafter; and General Election Day.
