The Manager is authorized to adopt a personnel
manual to be hereafter known as the "Township of Howell Personnel
Policies and Procedures Manual," which manual may also be referred
to as the "Personnel Manual."
Ordinance Nos. 0-94-40, 0-95-4, Section 2 of
0-95-32, Section 2 of 0-96-27, 0-00-4 and 0-00-5, to the extent they
contain provisions contrary to the Personnel Manual, are herewith
superseded.
The Manager shall file a copy of the Personnel
Manual with the Township Clerk.
The Manager is authorized to amend, modify and/or
revise the Personnel Manual from time to time as necessary, and shall
accomplish same by filing such amendment, modification or revision
with the Township Clerk.
