No person or entity shall be allowed to sell used motor vehicles from any roadside, open or vacant lot or plaza along U.S. Highway 9 and Route 33 within Howell Township unless he or it owns a properly authorized dealership pursuant to Chapter 188, Land Use, § 188-88 or has an authorized automobile auction sale pursuant to Chapter 188, Land Use, § 188-95. These operations may continue to be conducted in accordance with local ordinance and the terms of the license, zoning approvals and applicable state law.
