Township of Howell, NJ Article III Benefits for Domestic Partners

§ 29-7 Extension of benefits to domestic partners.

All employees who have entered or may enter into a domestic partnership under N.J.S.A. 26:8A-1 et seq. or any similar statute or provision of law in any other jurisdiction shall be and are hereby given the full breadth of rights and benefits that are permitted to be provided within the Domestic Partnership Act as such law exists and may be duly amended from time to time.
