No boat may be stored in the front yard area of any lot, tract or parcel
situate within the CR District of the Township of Middle unless said boat
is seaworthy.
No boat may be stored in the front or side yard area of any lot, tract
or parcel situate within the confines of the Township of Middle for longer
than 10 consecutive months. At the conclusion of the said ten-month period
said boat must be removed from the front or side yard, as the case may be,
and placed in navigable waters.
