There is hereby established the Middle Township
sanitary sewerage system.
Every developed property within the confines
of the Township of Middle shall dispose of sewage only through the
Middle Township sanitary sewerage system, if available.

A. The Township Committee shall from time to time designate
through amendment to this article the area or areas which shall be
serviced by the Middle Township sanitary sewerage system. That area
or those areas shall be set forth in Schedule A annexed hereto.
B. Schedule A.
(1) Rio Grande East. The Rio Grande East sewer service
area is approximately 118 acres in size and is physically delineated
as that area between the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Railroad to
the west; the Township boundary line to the south; the Garden State
Parkway to the east; and the Grande Woods North Mobile Home Park (formerly
known as "Florida Motor Court") to the north.

From the intersection of the ACE easement and
South Dennisville Road, the sewer service area boundary line follows
the ACE easement south to the Pennsylvania - Reading Seashore Lines
Railroad property.

The line then follows the railroad property
line until it intersects the north property line of Block 212.03,
Lot 12.01.
(c)
The boundary then follows this north property
line east until it intersects with the right-of-way line of the new
alignment of South Dennisville Road.
(d)
The line then follows this right-of-way to the
intersection of Route 9, where it follows Stone Harbor Boulevard to
the easternmost extent of the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital property.
(e)
The boundary shall then follow the hospital
property line until it intersects with Route 9, where it will follow
north to the northern extent of the Ames Shopping Center property
(Block 99.02, Lot 61).
(f)
The line follows west along the north property
line of Block 99.02, Lot 61, then heads north at the intersection
of Block 99.02, Lot 70.02.
(g)
This line is followed until it intersects with
the south property line of Block 99.02, Lot 57, then follows that
property line until it intersects with the southern property line
of Block 99.02, Lot 54.13.
(h)
The line then follows east, north, then west
to include all properties fronting Village Drive, to the point that
it intersects the block limit line for Block 99.03.
(i)
From this limit line, the boundary assumes a
line parallel to South Dennisville Road about 250 feet to the east.
This line extends to the 208 Sewerable Area Line to complete the boundary
and back to the starting point.
(9) Court House Central service area description. Court
House Central sanitary sewer service area is shown on the plans entitled
"Sewerage System Sewerage District No. 1 dated April 1937" and plans
entitled "Sanitary Sewer System Court House Central Collection System,
Contract No. 12, dated January 1994".

Beginning at the intersection of the Atlantic
City Electric Company's (ACE) easement and Goshen Road, the boundary
lines for the Court House Central Sanitary Sewer service area is as
follows:

(a)
From the intersection of the ACE easement and
Goshen Road, the sewer service area boundary line follows Goshen Road
south to Church Street.
(b)
The line then follows Church Street to Reading
Avenue.
(c)
The line continues north on Reading Avenue,
which changes to Magnolia Drive, until Magnolia Drive intersects the
property line of Block 212.03, Lot 14.02.
(d)
The line follows this property line and continues
along the property lines of Block 212.03, Lots 13.02 and 12.02 and
Lots 14.02 and 14.04.
(e)
The line then follows South Dennis Road to the
intersection of State Highway Route 9, where it follows Stone Harbor
Boulevard to the Garden State Parkway.
(f)
The line follows the west side of the Garden
State Parkway to the intersection of the block limit line of Block
257.
(g)
The boundary line crosses the Garden State Parkway
and follows the block limit line of Blocks 263 and 264.01 and then
follows Steel Road east to Bonnell Road.
(h)
The line then follows Bonnell Road, across Block
312.01, Lot 6.0, and along Fifth Street to Pacific Avenue.
(i)
The line includes all lots fronting Benny's
Landing Road and proceeds east along Pacific Avenue to the Parkway.
(j)
The line follows the east side of the Garden
State Parkway to Colonial Avenue.
(k)
The line follows Colonial Avenue to State Highway
Route 9.
(l)
The line crosses Route 9 and follows the limit

Upon designation by the Township Committee of
a geographic area for service by the Middle Township sanitary sewerage
system, all developed properties within the designated area shall
hook into the Middle Township sanitary sewerage system within 90 days
from its designation by the Township Committee. Each individual property
owner shall be responsible for the costs thereof unless otherwise
provided by the Township Committee.
Upon expiration of the ninety-day limitation set forth in Section
204-4 above, no person or entity occupying or utilizing any developed property within the designated area shall dispose of sewage through any cesspool, septic tank, package treatment plant or in any other manner other than through the Middle Township sanitary sewerage system.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall be subject, upon conviction, to one or more of
the following: a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 or
up to 90 days in jail or a period of community service not to exceed
90 days. Each and every twenty-four-hour period during which a violation
of this article shall continue to exist shall be deemed to constitute
a separate and distinct offense.
