Three copies of said Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)
have been placed on file in the office of the Health Officer and the Clerk
of this township upon the introduction of this chapter and will remain on
file there for the use and examination of the public.

Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty of not
less than $2 nor more than $500. For purposes of this chapter, each and every
twenty-four-hour period upon which an offending condition continues to exist
in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation
thereof.
