The Village Clerk of the Village of Ridgewood is hereby designated as the Administrative Agency for the purposes of administrating the municipal provisions of the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act (N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.22 et seq.).

The following fees shall be paid to the Village of Ridgewood by the owner of any building or structure who seeks to convert any premises subject to the aforementioned Act:
A. 
At the time of notification of the Village Clerk pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.27, a fee as set forth in Chapter 145, Fees, per building sought to be converted and, in addition thereto, a fee as set forth in Chapter 145, Fees, per apartment or unit in the building sought to be converted.
B. 
In the event that the Administrative Agency is required to conduct an appeal or hearing, whether at the instance of the owner or of any tenant, the owner of the building shall pay to the Village of Ridgewood the sum as set forth in Chapter 145, Fees, for each appeal required to be held pursuant to the aforementioned statute or the rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Community Affairs thereunder.
