[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Potsdam 6-21-1982
as Sec. 4 of L.L. No. 3-1982. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to § 10, Subdivision 4(a), of the Municipal Home
Rule Law and § 3-301. Subdivision 2c, of the Village Law, there
is hereby created the office of Parking Enforcement Officer for the Village
of Potsdam.
Such Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board
of Trustees.
The duties of such position shall be as determined by the Board of Trustees.
