Every person who shall fail to comply with a violation order or notice
of violation of the Building Inspector pursuant to this chapter or who shall
fail to comply with any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the
Building Inspector pursuant to authority granted by this chapter shall, upon
conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment
for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each day's failure to comply
with any of the above provisions shall constitute a separate violation.
