No person shall open any fire hydrant in this municipality, except a
fireman or one acting under the instruction of a fireman attending at a fire
and further except by permission in writing of the Superintendent of Public
Works.
No person shall deposit, cause to be deposited or allow to remain any
building material or other material so as to obstruct free access to and from
any fire hydrant or in any manner to obstruct the area around or injure any
hydrant.
No person shall fasten any horse or any other animal to any fire hydrant
or lamppost within this municipality.
No person shall willfully or maliciously injure, break, destroy or meddle
with or in any way or manner render unfit for use any fire hydrant or any
public drinking fountain within this municipality.
