No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XXV (§ 168-83), attached to and made a part of this chapter, at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., in any of the spaces indicated in said schedule.

Parking is prohibited between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in all parking lots except as shown in § 168-84, Schedule XXVI.

In order to facilitate the removal of snow from overnight parking areas, specific times shall be established during which all vehicles must be removed from said areas. These times are set forth in Schedule XXIX (§ 168-87) and shall be posted throughout the overnight parking areas.
