Collective bargaining benefits established by contract (the agreement)
between the Town of Union and the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc.,
Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Town of Union Unit of the Broome County Local
804, and CSEA are extended to certain Town personnel who are deemed exempt
under said agreement and who are more particularly listed in Schedule A of
said agreement.

Elected officials, the Town Attorney and the Deputy Town Attorney shall
not receive payment for vacation or sick time accrued after the effective
date of this section upon leaving Town employment or otherwise ceasing to
be a Town employee.
