Borough of Morrisville, PA Article XIII International Fuel Gas Code

§ 129-97 International Fuel Gas Code adopted.

A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Borough of Morrisville, being marked and designated as the “International Fuel Gas Code, 2000 Edition,” as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the Borough of Morrisville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; for the control of building and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Fuel Gas Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Article XIII.
