A special tax not to exceed two mills of the
assessed valuation of property is hereby levied against all property
subject to taxation in the Borough of Morrisville for the fiscal year
of 1958 and annually thereafter.
The actual millage to be assessed shall be set
from year to year by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough
of Morrisville and shall reflect the actual needs and operating expenditures
of the library.
All monies so collected pursuant to this tax
levy shall be used exclusively for the purposes of the maintenance
of a free public library within the Borough. All such monies shall
be under the exclusive control of the Board of Directors of the said
library.
The Tax Collector of the Borough of Morrisville
is hereby directed to collect the aforesaid tax in the same manner
as other Borough taxes are collected.
