Township of Brick, NJ Article II Management Employees Benefits

§ 48-4 Entitlement to nonsalary benefits.

All department and division heads, the Township Clerk and other management employees who are not members of collective bargaining units shall be entitled to the same vacation days, holidays, sick days, personal days, medical and insurance benefits, longevity benefits and other nonsalary benefits to which employees under their supervision are entitled under any collective bargaining agreement.
