Township of Brick, NJ Article IV Escrow Release by Certain Officers

§ 48-9 Duty to include release of escrow balances.

The duties of the Township Business Administrator, the Township Clerk and the Chief Financial Officer of the Township of Brick now include authorization to release escrow balances posted by applicants to the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment.

§ 48-10 Written authorization required for release.

The escrow balance shall be released upon the written authorization of the Chief Financial Officer and the written authorization of either the Township Clerk or the Township Business Administrator.
