The Building Zone Ordinance of the Village of
Woodsburgh, Inc., adopted January 15, 1929, and as from time to time
amended, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith,
are repealed; provided, however, that nothing in this chapter shall
be deemed to affect any provision of the Building Code or the Plumbing
Code, but the provision of this chapter shall be deemed in addition
to and not in substitution for the provisions thereof.
If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause
or provision of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication
shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or
provision so adjudged and shall not affect or invalidate any other
section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this chapter,
and said section, paragraph, subdivision or provision of this chapter
shall remain valid and effective; provided, however, that in such
event, the provisions of the Building Zone Ordinance of the Village
of Woodsburgh adopted January 15, 1929, and as from time to time amended,
shall apply in respect to the subject matter of the section, paragraph,
subdivision, clause or provision of this chapter so adjudged invalid.
Annexed hereto is the new proposed Zoning Map,
marked "Exhibit A."
