[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners (now Mayor and Council) of the Borough of Bradley Beach 3-11-1975 (Sec. 12-5 of the 1974 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES

No building being moved from any one place to any other place within the Borough limits and occupying temporarily any part of the street or sidewalk shall be allowed to stand in any such part of the street or sidewalk for more than two hours at any one interval unless the Police Department grants an exception. The move itself shall be completed within six hours, for a total completion time of six hours, unless granted an exception by the Borough Council.
No buildings are to be moved between June 15 and September 15.
A. 
On all streets or avenues running in an easterly and westerly direction in the Borough, private storage sheds and all types of permitted structures or containers for storage of any kind or nature shall be erected or placed no less than 75 feet from the curbline of the street.
B. 
On all streets or avenues running in a northerly and southerly direction into the Borough, private storage sheds and all types of permitted structures or containers for storage of any kind or nature shall be constructed or placed not less than 30 feet from the curbline of the street.
C. 
Any storage sheds, and any types of permitted structures or containers for storage of any kind or nature, shall be erected on the rear of any lot; except where lots may only have a depth of 50 feet, then the location thereof shall be as directed by the Code Enforcement Officer, to carry out the terms and intent of this chapter.

D. 
In no event shall any such shed or type of permitted structures or containers for storage of any kind or nature be erected or placed in the front of any other building or structure on such lot or on the front of any lot within the Borough.
E. 
The Code Enforcement Officer and the Borough Council shall approve the permit for any of the foregoing construction, erection, or placement before the same shall be performed.

F. 
The fee for the issuance of a permit under this chapter shall be $30.
