[Adopted 5-28-1974 (Sec. 4-13 of the 1974 Code)]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
TRAILER or CAMP CAR
A vehicle, whether self-propelled or otherwise, used or intended
for use as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways, so designed,
constructed or reconstructed or added to or altered by means of accessories
as to permit occupancy as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons,
and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, skirting or other material
arranged to be integral with or portable by the trailer or camp car.
No person shall park a trailer or camp car on any street, road or highway
in the Borough for any period longer than two hours or live in or use for
dwelling purposes any trailer or camp car on any street, road, highway or
public place within the limits of the Borough.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon the boardwalk for its
entire length, or upon any of its approaches.
