Applicants for connection permits must comply with all provisions of this chapter and any applicable law or laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania relating to sewage and industrial wastes.
No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the control authority owning such sewer or appurtenance.
A. 
The Township hereby authorizes and empowers the appropriate control authority, by its employees or agents bearing proper credentials and identification, to be permitted to enter all properties within the Township for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing pertinent to discharge to the public sanitary sewer system.
B. 
The appropriate control authority is hereby designated and delegated with the authority and responsibility to enforce any and all of the provisions of this Chapter 184.
