It shall be unlawful for any person, group of
people, firm or corporation to keep or harbor by any means whatsoever
chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigeons, goats or rabbits alive for any
purpose whatsoever within the corporate limits of the Town of Middletown,
New Castle County, State of Delaware.
This article shall not be construed to prohibit the transporting of the animals specified in § 39-6 through the Town of Middletown.
Whoever shall violate the provisions of § 39-6 of this article shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25.
