City of Brigantine, NJ Article XVI Repealer; Temporary Effective Period

§ 3-84 Specific repealer.

All ordinances, resolutions and prior actions of the City of Brigantine inconsistent with this Code and any chapter thereof, including those portions of the Code of the City of Brigantine, as prepared by General Code Publishers Corporation, proposed for adoption, found at Chapters 1-81, excepting the portion designated as Chapter 7, Claims Approval and Payment, be and the same are hereby repealed and of no further force and effect.

§ 3-85 Temporary effective period of chapter pending adoption.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-207, this chapter shall be temporarily effective within the City of Brigantine from and after the date of its introduction, for a period not to exceed 30 days, while it is pending as an ordinance.
